1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Finance Tracker mobile application ("Finance Tracker" or the "App"), developed and published by Diwakar Software Solutions ("we", "us", or "our").

By installing, accessing, or using Finance Tracker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

2. Use of Finance Tracker

Finance Tracker is provided as a personal finance tracking and organization tool. It may help you record and review transactions, accounts, categories, budgets, recurring transactions, financial goals, investments, reports, and related information.

You are responsible for the information you enter into the App and for reviewing that information for accuracy.

3. No Online Account

Finance Tracker does not currently require an online account or registration with Diwakar Software Solutions.

Because the App is designed around local data storage, you should not assume that your financial information can be recovered by us if your device or locally stored application data is lost.

4. Local Data and Your Responsibility

Finance Tracker stores financial information locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and protecting the information stored on it.

You are also responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of any information that is important to you.

5. Backup and Restore

Finance Tracker may provide backup and restore functionality for supported local data.

You are responsible for securely storing backup files and for ensuring that any backup you create is available when you need it.

We do not guarantee that every backup or restore operation will succeed in every situation, particularly where files are damaged, incomplete, incompatible, deleted, or inaccessible.

6. Data Exports

Finance Tracker may allow you to export financial information for your own records or analysis.

Once information has been exported from the App, you are responsible for how that exported information is stored, transferred, shared, or otherwise handled.

7. Accuracy of Financial Information

Finance Tracker relies on information entered or managed by you. You are responsible for ensuring that transactions, balances, categories, goals, investments, budgets, and other information entered into the App are accurate.

The App should not be treated as the authoritative record of your accounts or financial obligations. Where appropriate, verify important information against the relevant financial institution or source.

8. No Financial or Professional Advice

Finance Tracker is not a bank, financial institution, investment adviser, broker, tax adviser, accountant, lawyer, or other professional advisory service.

The App does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice.

Any decisions you make based on information recorded, calculated, or displayed by Finance Tracker are your own responsibility.

9. Investment Information

Finance Tracker may provide functionality for recording and organizing investment-related information.

Investment-related information displayed by the App should not be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any financial asset.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Finance Tracker only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not attempt to reverse engineer, compromise, disable, circumvent, or interfere with security mechanisms or other technical protections of the App, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.

11. Intellectual Property

Finance Tracker, including its software, design, branding, interface, graphics, documentation, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Diwakar Software Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you.

12. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Finance Tracker may be distributed through third-party app stores and may operate on devices and operating systems provided by third parties.

Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms, policies, and requirements.

13. Availability and Changes to the App

We may update, modify, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue parts of Finance Tracker when reasonably necessary, including to address security, compatibility, technical, operational, or product requirements.

Features may change between application versions. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Finance Tracker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except where expressly required by law.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Diwakar Software Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from or related to your use of Finance Tracker.

This includes, where legally permitted, losses resulting from inaccurate information entered by a user, loss of locally stored data, failure to maintain backups, device failure, unsupported device configurations, or decisions made based on information displayed by the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Privacy

Your use of Finance Tracker is also governed by the Finance Tracker Privacy Policy, which explains how the application handles information.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to Finance Tracker, applicable requirements, or our practices.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
